Yep, a fraction of our Touhou people and some staffers noted that page 27 of Chouchou Gentou is missing. We’ve fixed that now, and it’s still going to be on the same link on the Touhou download page.

Torrents to follow up, don’t worry. We’re still looking for IRC servers though.  So if you feel like having a DCC/XDCC/TDCC/whatever server you want to have running on KH, we’re glad to have you as staffer. Just don’t get your mind warped by false conclusions and bad people.
