The Story

I (Kiatsu) decided to create/revive this site because I wanted to have something else to do besides playing online games or visiting some forums. The idea came from my previous site which was also called Kawaii Heavens Network, but only had different contents. That site was mostly for people to download free graphics and layouts for their sites because I used to make tons of graphics back then. This was supposed to be a graphic site as well, but for some reason, it ended up as a Anime/Manga related site which will contain reviews, blogs, music and video downloads, desktop accesories, icons, wallpapers, and some graphics. Most of us here came from Love Hina Forums. I’ve been a member there for a little over a year now and met alot of people. I posted a thread about my plans about this site and ask for some help. Alot of them volunteered to help me with this site. Also, most of our scanlation staffs are from Aquastar Anime.
